Least Qualifying Marks for B.Ed. Admission:
Candidates with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Science, Commerce, Social Sciences, or Humanities at the undergraduate or postgraduate level are eligible for B.Ed. admission.
Candidates with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in engineering or technology with a specialization in science or mathematics are also eligible for B.Ed. admission.

Admission to DU B.Ed. Course:
Admission to the DU B.Ed. course is based on the marks obtained in the entrance examination. The Delhi University B.Ed. entrance test is a 400-mark exam, with a duration of 2 hours. The test consists of 100 multiple-choice questions, each carrying 4 marks. There is negative marking for incorrect answers, with a deduction of 1 mark for each wrong response.

To apply for the B.Ed. program at DU, candidates must complete the Online DU B.Ed. application form available on the official Delhi University website.
Before filling out the application form, candidates should follow these steps:
- Visit the official University of Delhi website and go to the Postgraduate Admission Portal. Register by providing basic personal and educational details.
- Carefully review the B.Ed. course details available at http://doe.du.ac.in.
- Check your eligibility according to the guidelines provided on the official website.
- Fill out the B.Ed. application form available on the DU PG Admissions Portal.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions given on the PG Admissions portal.
- Select the subject category and the teaching subject.
- Carefully choose the exam center.
- Make the online payment for the application fee.
Application Dates and Fees:
- The DU B.Ed. Entrance Exam 2025 application form is expected to be released in the second week of May 2024. Eligible candidates can register on the official DU admissions portal.
- The application fee is Rs. 500 for general candidates and Rs. 250 for candidates belonging to the reserved categories.
Eligibility:
- Candidates who have secured at least 50% in their qualifying examination (undergraduate or postgraduate) are eligible to appear for the DU B.Ed. entrance exam.
- Candidates from reserved categories are eligible for a 5% relaxation in marks.
Documents Required for DU B.Ed. Admission:
- High School/Secondary School Certificate: For verification of date of birth.
- Detailed Statement of Marks: For Part-I, II, and III of the undergraduate degree. If post-graduation is being used as eligibility, then the Statement of Marks at the Master’s level.
- Provisional Certificate or Degree: Of the qualifying examination.
- Relevant Certificates/Documents: For candidates belonging to reserved categories, proof of claim for reservation from a competent authority.
- Character Certificate: Issued by the last attended institution or any gazetted officer (valid for six months from the date of issue).
- For in-service candidates: a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer and a letter of sanction for study leave of two years.
